Metal Safe Dish Detergent 12 is a warewashing detergent that was developed for cleaning aluminum bakery pans and other aluminum ware. It is built with silicated inhibitors which protect aluminum and tin cookware from corrosive attack by alkaline detergent builders. Metal Safe Dish Detergent 12 is a well balanced cleaner; detergent builders emulsify fats and grease, chlorine dissolves protein soils, soil suspending agents handle heavy soil loads with no redeposition. Works well in all water conditions. Designed to be used for institutional warewashing. Do not use in home style machines.
