Exploring Pathways to Success: Hillyard at the My Success Event 2024

At Hillyard, we’re always excited to support the next generation, so we were thrilled to participate in the 2024 My Success Event at the Civic Arena in downtown St. Joseph. This event, hosted by the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce, brought together over 2,000 high school students from around the region and gave them a unique opportunity to explore potential career paths after graduation. Whether students are considering attending college, entering the workforce, joining the military, or pursuing something entirely different, the My Success Event had something for everyone.

A Day of Discovery

The Civic Arena was buzzing with energy as more than 50 employers from St. Joseph and the surrounding areas set up booths to showcase the wide range of careers available to students. From nursing and agriculture to manufacturing and public service, the event highlighted how many opportunities exist in our community.

At the Hillyard booth, we were excited to engage with students and give them a closer look at the career options available in the manufacturing and distribution industries. We discussed the skills needed to succeed, the types of roles available, and how a company like Hillyard plays a key role in helping organizations maintain clean, healthy environments.

The annual event has become a cornerstone of the community, offering students the chance to explore new possibilities and consider future careers they may have never considered before.

At Hillyard, we’re proud to be part of an event that empowers young people to dream big and take steps toward achieving their goals. Whether students are considering manufacturing, technology, or public service careers, we’re excited to continue supporting them on their journey.
