Hillyard, Inc. Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire House of Clean

ST. JOSEPH, MO. – Hillyard, Inc. a family-owned manufacturer and nationwide distributor of cleaning solutions is pleased to announce an agreement in principle to acquire a 100% interest in House of Clean, Bozeman, Montana.

“House of Clean is a long-time Hillyard distributor that is dedicated to serving their customers by delivering the best solutions for clean, safe and healthy facilities throughout Montana,” said Robb Ensign, Chief Program Officer. “Conrad, Curt and the entire House of Clean team have worked tirelessly to position the company as the premier janitorial supply and paper distribution business in Montana. House of Clean aligns well with our customer-first distribution philosophy and we look forward to bringing the House of Clean team into the Hillyard family.”

The acquisition of House of Clean is expected to close in the 4th quarter of 2020. ­
